The circus was being held in a big, open ground where a huge tent had been erected. It was brightly lit with colourful lights and looked like a wonderland. A huge crowd had turned up for the show.
After buying our tickets, we entered the huge tent and the show started at 7:30 pm. As we took our seats, a band began to play and three clowns came out in funny dresses. They performed many tricks and made us laugh. Then the acrobats came and thrilled us with their daring and breathtaking feats.
I was very impressed with the young girls, who rode single-wheel cycles on ropes high in the air.
Then the elephants, tigers, lions, horses and a rhino performed spectacular acts to impress us. It was a wonderful, new and fascinating experience for me. I will always remember it.
