All the Solutions provided are explained in a very precise and lucid manner so that you can easily understand them.
In the Class 10 Maths Chapter 1 of Real Numbers, you will come across the topics such as Euclid’s division lemma, Fundamental Theorem of Arithmetic, the concept of a rational and irrational number, decimal expansions of rational numbers in terms of terminating/non-terminating recurring decimals.
In the Class 10th Maths Chapter 2 you will know the topics like Zeros of a polynomial, relationship between zeros, and coefficients of quadratic polynomials. Furthermore, you will know about the concepts like Statements and simple problems on division algorithms for polynomials with real coefficients.
This chapter explains the concept of Pair of linear equations in two variables and their graphical solution, Geometric representation of different possibilities of solutions/inconsistency. In addition to these topics like algebraic conditions for a number of solutions, Solutions of a pair of linear equations in two variables algebraically – by substitution, by elimination, and by cross multiplication methods are discussed. You will also find Simple situational problems, problems on equations that are reducible to linear equations.
The Chapter 4 of NCERT Solutions of Class 10 Maths describes the Standard form of a quadratic equation ax2 + bx + c = 0, (a ≠ 0). Also, topics like the solution of the quadratic equations (only real roots) by factorization, by completing the square, and by using the quadratic formula are explained in detail. Alongside you will get to know The relationship between discriminant and the nature of roots, problems based on quadratic equations are also discussed.
This chapter introduces you to the Arithmetic Progression Derivation of the nth term and some of the first n terms of A.P. and their applications in day-to-day lives.
In Chapter 6 of the CBSE Class 10 Maths Syllabus, students will study the figures having the same shape but not necessarily the same size. It begins with the concepts of a similar and congruent figure and even further explains the condition for the similarity of two triangles and theorems related to the similarity of triangles. Areas of similar triangles are also explained with a theorem, Pythagoras Theorem and Converse of Pythagoras Theorem are described in Chapter 6.
Coordinate Geometry Chapter introduces you to the concept of finding the distance between two points whose coordinates are given, finding the area of the triangle formed by three given points. In addition to this, you will learn how to find the coordinates of the point which divides a line segment joining two given points in a given ratio. To understand this better the chapter also mentions the Distance Formula, Section Formula, and Area of a Triangle.
Students will learn some ratios of a right triangle with respect to its acute angles, called trigonometric ratios of the angles. It also defines the trigonometric ratios for angles of 00 and 900, the calculation of trigonometric ratios for some specific angles, and certain identities involving these ratios, known as trigonometric identities.
Chapter 9 of Class 10 Maths NCERT Books is an extension of the previous chapter we have discussed earlier. In this Chapter on Applications of Trigonometry students will get to know about navigation, construction of maps, finding the position of islands with regards to longitudes and latitudes. Along with these topics, you will learn to find the heights and distances of several objects without actually measuring them. You will also be introduced to terms such as line of sight, angle of depression, angle of elevation.
Now that you are aware of the various topics related to circles such as chord, segment, and arc you will know about different scenarios that arise given a circle and line in a plane. Topics covered in this chapter are Tangent to a Circle and Number of Tangents from a Point on a Circle.
Chapter 11 of Class 10th Maths has 2 exercises in total. These exercises cover the topics like how to divide a line segment, construction of tangents to a circle, methods for construction explained all in detail.
Chapter 12 covers majorly the topics such as Perimeter and Area of a Circle. It further explains how to find the area of a sector and segment of a circular region. You will also learn how to find the area of some combined plane figures involving circles and their parts.
A total of 5 exercises are present in this chapter. Concepts like finding the surface area of an object formed by combining any two of the basic solids, i.e cuboid, cone, cylinder, sphere, and hemisphere are discussed. You will also learn how to change a solid from one shape to another, finding volume, curved surface area, and total surface area of a frustum of a cone, etc with necessary Math Formulas.
Know about the numerical representation of ungrouped data to grouped data and finding the Mean, Mode, and Median. Furthermore, it deals with topics like cumulative frequency, cumulative frequency distribution, and how to draw cumulative frequency curves.
NCERT Solutions of Class 10 Maths Ch 15 Probability deals with the theoretical approach. In addition to this, you will know the topics like the difference between experimental probability and theoretical probability. Solve the exercise problems to get to know the concepts better.
