Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM)

Although there are similarities between GNM and ANM courses, ANM courses train candidates to be basic health workers. They are responsible for setting medical equipment, preparing operation theatres, giving first aids to the injured, and so on. Hence ANM candidates need to have a clear understanding of the basic concepts.

B.Sc in Nursing: The fee structure for the course varies from institution to institution. Private colleges offering a particular course may even have fees as high as Rs. 3,00,000 per annum. But the average fee range begins from Rs. 25,000 and goes up to Rs. 2,00,000 annually. The variation will depend on the type of colleges, that is, private or government colleges, the type of infrastructure, the facility provided, location, and many more.

GNM: Average fee range for the GNM diploma program is around Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 1.5lakhs. It may vary depending on the city the colleges are located in and if they are government-aided colleges or not. Private colleges relatively charge higher.

ANM: Average fee range for ANM Diploma Course is from Rs 10,000 to Rs. 60,000 per annum. They may increase depending on colleges and institutions.

Admission Procedure for B.Sc. in Nursing, GNM, ANM
